Grievance and Redressal Management System provides an online way of solving the problems faced by the students by saving time and eradicate missing of grievance letters. The objective of the grievance management system is to make online grievances easier to coordinate, monitor, track and resolve their grievances. College grievance Management is a management technique for accessing, analyzing and responding to student grievances. The main purpose of this project is to help the students in knowing their problem details and getting their grievances solved in online without going to the college authority regularly until the problem is solved.

Grievance Redressal System has different types of login for ex. Student Login, Parents login, Faculty login, Non-teaching Staff login, and admin login.

Students, Faculty, Non-teaching Faculty, or Parents first register themselves, then from their user-id or password then log in and submit their grievances. A Grievance Id is assigned to every grievance submission. The users can track their grievances using Grievance Id.

Admin login to their account and check all grievances which are submitted. And according to the grievance they solve it and reply.
